You can download the sermon notes below. I’ve cleaned my notes up a little. If you read them, please read for content and not for grammar. Writing for the page and for the ear are two very different tasks. I also use some visual formatting clues to help me. Blue represents exposition of the text as it lies. Purple means it’s an illustration. Green means its application to our time. Red represents a direct reference to Jesus or to the overall theme of the sermon. I use orange to display the main sermon points. I don’t use all of this live, but these are the full sermon notes that get written in preparation.
